Beatship 'Lost In Time Festival': Event Conceptualisation & Management

Project Description

 

Chosen to pitch a New Year’s Eve event concept, to attract a new demographic to Genting’s Beatship existing event concept. The objective – to capture a more mixed consumer demographic consisting of local Hongkongers & expats. The idea is to connect the brand with a fresh out-of-the-box music & lifestyle event concept showing that Beatship is engaged with ‘all Hongkongers’, their lifestyle, trends, and music tastes.

 

Positioned as a ‘Secret Island Production’ [Hushup’s renowned annual event] to appeal to the 14,000 strong database ‘in association with’ the Client [to connect the Beatship brand] we won the HK$600,000 contract. The result; Lost in Time Festival, a 2-day event concept bringing together Hong Kong’s best features of unique music, culture, and entertainment breaking down & redefining genre barriers as tech-house flirts with Hip Hop, entertainment with culture and cruising with clubbing.
